this is exciting news people. i lost it after i ran a 5k about 3 weeks ago and i dont think ive worked out since! how awful is that..i just couldnt get motivated to work out when i had no music to listen to and i knew my ipod was in my apartment somewhere and today i finally found it! had a really good workout too, did 30 minutes on the ellyptical and an hour of weights and abs and arms! felt good to be active again ive been so busy with exams and everything that my heath definitely was on the backburner for a couple week there-not ok!

my roommate and i are running a 5k race this sunday (the night after my friends 21st birthday..uh oh haha but im excited because its the race for the stefanie spielman breast cancer foundation! races are always much better and more rewarding when the cause is a great one to care about. the race is a pretty decent route and starts at our football stadium on campus so the scenery should be awesome! so glad i found my ipod because idk if i could run it without it!
